Olimpia Mesa is an expert in learning design and the founder of the Book to Courses™ Online School. Raluca is a Team Transformation Practitioner and co-founder of the Teamology Institute. She specializes in team and leadership transformation through facilitation, consulting, and coaching. Over the past five years, Raluca has served as a Team Coach and Head Coach at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Romania, mentoring young entrepreneurs and teaching "Building High-Performing Teams." Previously, she led the Consumer & Retail business unit at GfK Romania for nearly 20 years. Raluca is also a certified coach with international credentials from the US, UK, Netherlands, and Romania.

Alina is a coach and experienced HR Executive with over 18 years of experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Dora M. Surugiu - Kocsolade

Program Coordinator

Dora M. Surugiu - Kocsolade is a founding partner at the Bucharest International School of Management (BISM) and has been instrumental in shaping high-quality education standards in Romania. With over a decade of experience, she has played a pivotal role in the development and success of the Executive MBA program in collaboration with Maastricht School of Management (MSM), impacting the lives of over 250 students. In 2022, Dora expanded her entrepreneurial ventures by launching DORO 16, a space celebrating Romanian local brands and crafts.
